For the second time this year is a competition section for the first feature films, produced since 2006, of Korea’s new directors. The six films, including both commercial and independent ones, have been selected based on the uniqueness and creativity of a director. The directors making their first feature film open a door to their own cinematic world, feeling fear & anticipation, hope & frustration at the same time. This section is intended to express our support and encourage unfulfilled, yet aspiring artist. The Grand Prize will be awarded KRW 5 million.
