Producer : Franco Cristaldi

Franco Cristaldi was born in Torino, Italy. He studied law, after World War II he started to produce documentary films. Franco, the maestro of Film Maker, had produced over 60 films with the directors fascinating with Neo Realism, Luchino Visconti, Gilberto Pontecorvo, Federico Fellini, Francesco Rosi, Marco Bellochio and Mario Monicelli. He married Claudia Cardinale and was enthusiastic enough to produce < The Name of the Rose> and <Cinema Paradiso>. Franco Cristaldi died in 1992.
